The restaurant here has an amazing setting for dinner, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and quiet with a nice garden view, and the temperature inside is just right!

Gabriela and Joanna were so helpful and friendly, they were able to communicate our wishes to Taxi drivers and gave us very good advice on places of interest to visit while we were in Poland, they made our stay very welcoming and we were very Happy there. the staff were very helpfull and friendly and spoke good English. Would return again.

Lovely hotel with top quality rooms and a beautiful garden view. Great location, close to tourist attractions and shopping mall. Prices are acceptable and breakfast is delicious.

Very comfortable bed and bath, excellent room layout with plenty of space in both the sleeping and bath areas. Well maintained. Location just 500 m from relative's flat. On-site parking. Large, bright dining area for breakfast.
Initially had problems with the lights continually going out because of the energy savings timer but the staff was very responsive and took care of it immediately.

it was quite cold in the room /end of November/, the heating/AC switch didn't work
Breakfast was quite good and various, but on the whole accomodation price is too high for the hotel in general, especially as for Bielsko-Biala

Lack of parking with roof (at least, I did not see it) and there is snowing so I guess it might be a good point for them.
